Tracey started playing Badminton when she was only 7 years old thanks to her junior school teacher. Her ambition was to challenge the top 10 best badminton players in the world.

Tracey first represented England against China in 1997 and improved her game year on year, to become the number 1 ranked player in England and the 7th best in the world.
